When my regular dentist was out of town, my crown decided it was the perfect time to fall out! Thankfully, Dr. Matt and his team were able to get me in right away. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Matt was absolutely amazing - kind, personable, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and did an excellent job. Honestly, it felt like I’d been his patient for years! I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. I’m so grateful that they fit me in on such short notice and provided such exceptional care. It is very difficult to say that I enjoy going to any dentist, but every time I visit Harborside Dental in Webster, NY, I am greeted with a smile and friendly faces. The entire staff is professional and really feels like family. They provide details on the procedures and offer great care suggestions. Kaitlyn (incorrect spelling - sorry) was very helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor. Thank you to everyone. :-)

This was my first time in the office. The office was beautiful with state of the art equipment. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have to wait for my appointment. My hygienist Mary was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this dental practice if you are looking for one or want to switch which is what I did. My husband, daughter and grandkids also use Harborside Dental and love it.
