I've been at a few different dental offices over the years and, let's be honest, it's not everyone's favorite place to go. Ever since I started going to Harborside, I no longer dread appointments and feel so comfortable with everyone I encounter there. Dental appointments with Kaila and Dr. Matt are actually enjoyable! I definitely recommend this practice to everyone I know!
My husband, our daughter, and myself are all patients here and I can't go on enough about the professionalism, and knowledge of Dr. Jordan and his amazing staff. I personally have always had a fear of dentists but at this office it is empathy, and expertise. The entire staff from Dr. Jordan, his entire staff of hygienist, and office staff go above and b3yond to make you feel welcome, and to reassure that everything will be OK. I highly would recommend this incredibly wonderful office. This business is not about making money and moving on to another patient. It is about getting excellent dental care by a staff who truly cares about their patients well being.

No complaints here. Am extraction procedure that no one looks forward to was even further hampered but he fact that the tooth was particularly well anchored. I'm sure the procedure was 3-4 times longer than normal, but he got it done and I experienced virtually no real discomfort throughout. Post procedure has been uneventful and the call this morning to see if everything was still okay was an appreciated follow-up.
Great service from Kayla. Most complete service ever. Also, good advice on caring for teeth.

I was greeted by a friendly office staff and waited in a pleasantly appointed waiting area. My hygienist (Michele) came for me and led me to a modern room with a great view. Michele performed a series of tests to rule out potential problems. She then proceeded to clean my teeth with care. I couldn’t ask for better care than the care I receive at Harborside Dental.

I have been a patient of this office for many years since it was Viola dental. I have a fair amount of work done on my teeth and have been treated really well. I recommend this office to my friends and family members. I also drive across town for appointments to stay with this dentist office. I did not like my previous dental experiences and then I found this office and I will probably be a patient here forever.
