My hygienist is awesome . Makes me comfortable every time I go in . She knows my music likes and plays my blues while cleaning my teeth. Helps me to relax . Dr. Viola is the best .

I really like the hygienist. First one I’ve had who doesn’t make me bleed! New dentist seems nice. However I feel like the past four visits I’ve had a new dentist every time. I’d like some consistency.
I broke a back tooth on a Tuesday, but couldn’t make it to the dentist until Thursday morning. I walked out of my appointment on Thursday morning with a brand new custom made crown (on my tooth:)!! Dr. Jordan showed me what had happened and offered a couple of options for taking care of it. He did all the work to get my old broken tooth ready for a crown. Then, I watched as the machine made my brand new, custom made crown in about 15 minutes!! Dr Jordan made sure it fit perfectly and I was on my way in no time. WOW!! Gone are the days of two or three appointments for a crown!! The whole team at Harborside is truly wonderful. Dr Jordan and Dr Matt have a practice that’s state of the art, professional, welcoming and warm. Thank you for taking care of me. I am so grateful:)
I am so scared of the dentist and had not been in about 7 years. I was very nervous in the waiting room. Alexis was very friendly and was kind when I told her how nervous I was and took everything very slowly and walked me through what she was doing. She was quick but thorough and easily answered my questions. Dr Matt was also very friendly and did not make me feel guilty for not going to a dentist for so long. He explained what is going on with my teeth professionally in an easy to understand manner and described what I need to do to prevent tooth damage in a casual way that felt helpful instead of like a lecture. I had a great experience with them both, and no longer feel scared to come into the dentist! :)

LOVE going to see Kaila as my hygienist. I dread going to the dentist, but Kaila always explains what she is doing helping to put me at ease. She is prompt and professional. I definitely would recommend having her as your hygienist.
