While visiting family in Webster, NY. I had a minor dental emergency. My aunt was able to get an appointment for me the same day with Dr. Viola. The staff and Dr. Viola were very kind and professional. I was in and out of the office in no time with my dental problem solved. If I lived locally, I would certainly recommend this dental practice. Everyone is pleasant and Katie is the best dental hygentist. As an aside, wish different furniture in waiting area...some of us of a certain age have difficulty rising from low seats to standing position. Highly recommend this practice.

As always, the professional team at Harborside provided excellent care.I appreciated the extra knowledge provided by both the Dental Teck and Dr. Matthew concerning the pain I experienced 2 months ago. We will continue to monitor the situation as it hasn’t occurred since. I miss Andrea and look forward to her return.

I had somewhat of an emergency over the weekend and received a call back a short time later. They offered to get me in on a Sunday which I thought was excellent. Instead, I opted to take some medication and I was in the dentist chair by 9am Monday morning.
